The new leader arrives a month after the remix of the song, which features Nicky Jam, Ozuna and Anuel AA, was released. While Sech and Darell, who collaborated on the original version of the song, claim their first No. 1 on the list, Nicky Jam secures his 11th, Ozuna his 12th, and Anuel his fourth leader.
“Otro Trago” climbs thanks to a 16% boost in audience impressions (to 13.8 million), logged in the week ending Aug. 25, according to Nielsen Music.
The song also lands at No. 1 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay tally. It previously topped the Hot Latin Songs chart for two nonconsecutive weeks (starting Aug. 10).
Only two other songs have topped the Hot Latin Songs, Latin Airplay, and Latin Rhythm Airplay charts in 2019: Bad Bunny’s “MIA,” featuring Drake, and Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma,” featuring Snow.
Elsewhere, “Otro Trago” advances 8-7 on Latin Pop Airplay.
The tune is Sech’s second single from the Panamanian’s album debut Sueños, which holds for its fifth consecutive week at No. 3 (its peak) on the Top Latin Albums chart.
Christian Nodal’s Lucky Seven: Back on Latin Airplay, Christian Nodal notches his seventh top 10 on the chart with “De Los Besos Que te Di.” The second single off his second studio album Ahora, hikes 11-7 in its seventh week. The tune moves ahead with 9.3 million in audience (up 7%).
