The ‘Masked Singer’ Season 4 Eliminates Baby Alien: Here’s Who It Was

It’s the end of the line for the Baby Alien, who was unmasked Wednesday night (Oct. 14) on The Masked Singer.

When up-and-coming cartoonist Keef Knight has a traumatic run-in with the police, he begins to see the world in an entirely new way.

The judges couldn’t get close to figuring who was behind the helmet. Hint, they couldn’t have caught a pass from the contestant. They were in a different ball park. They couldn’t get close to tackling it.

Give up? (Spoiler alert follows). Yes, Baby Alien was none other than former Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, a ten-year NFL professional. Maybe the fake eastern European accent caused them to fumble the ball, maybe no one figured an athlete could look so right on The Masked Singer stage.

“I cannot believe the reveal during tonight’s show… he had us all stumped!,” tweeted judge Nicole Scherzinger. “I was convinced it was a comedian behind the mask.”

Wrong!

Sanchez rightly earned the nickname Musical Mark when, in 2010, he was invited to attend the Tony Awards as a presenter.

Now retired, Sanchez these days calls the shots as an analyst for ESPN, contributing to College Football Live, Get Up and SportsCenter.

The former pro baller was sent home after performing Imagine Dragons “It’s Time”. He joins previously unmasked contestants Brian Austin Green (Giraffe), Mickey Rourke (Gremlin) and Busta Rhymes (Dragon).
